4. Log-In Access Troubleshooting

Having trouble accessing GPC and its content?
Follow directions on the first applicable scenario.

  1. Not an authorized reseller?

If you’re not an authorized Google Apps for Business reseller, you won’t have access to GPC. To get access, complete the enrollment process.


  1. Reseller didn’t set up an account?

To get access to GPC as an authorized reseller, create a group in the Groups tab of your reseller domain with email address "googlepartnerconnect@{your_reseller_domain}" and then add employees to the group. Upon completion, you can enter GPC.


  1. Not logged in?

“Welcome to Google Partner Connect” will prompt you to sign into googlepartnerconnect.com. Instead, click "Sign in with a different account" (in red below) and sign in to your reseller domain to enter GPC.

            


  1. Logged into a different account?

“You need permission to access this item” means you may be logged in to a personal or non-reseller account. Sign in to your reseller domain and enter GPC.


     
                   
   
          


  1. Is your company an existing reseller but you can’t access GPC?

Contact your domain administrator to add you to the GPC group within your reseller domain.



Still having trouble or need more help? 

  • If you are an authorized Reseller still experiencing errors accessing GPC or any GPC resources, please contact us for technical support through the Enterprise Support Center using the same credentials as your Reseller Tools. To help us troubleshoot please provide the name of the domain on which you have created your "googlepartnerconnect@{your_reseller_domain}" group. 
  • If you’re not an authorized Google Apps for Business reseller, you won’t have access to the secure GPC portal. To get access, complete the enrollment process.
